Why this One-Day Workshop?
The purpose of this one-day workshop is to outline the benefits of collaboration and why the building of collaborative working is important particularly in the delivery of complex contracts to time, budget, and quality in a fast changing, increasingly volatile, uncertain, and ambiguous world.
Who Should Attend?
Key people, players, and representatives from customer/client organisations; their advisors; and all suppliers from each tier involved in delivery of a contract project.
This workshop has over the years proved an ideal starting point for all of the parties involved in the delivery of a new contract through providing a shared understanding of the behavioural and issues essential to delivering a successful contract to time, cost, and quality.
The Workshop
The workshop is fully participatory and practical collaborative experience through which via the reviews, sub-group discussions ,and plenary sessions allows for the collection of specific data that can to be used by those attending to build future collaborative working.
The workshop is based upon the highly effective principles of experiential learning and utilises non-physical outdoor activities that are suitable for all. People will need to come prepared as to suitable clothing for the time of year and a pre-workshop briefing will be supplied to each registered participant.
Venue
The venue is the unique small Business Retreat located near Bridgwater off the M5. The retreat is set in a rural setting that is ideal ‘away-from-it’ all place surrounded by green fields, lakeside views, and wildlife making it a distraction free environment where we have exclusive use of all of the facilities.
A light breakfast will be available from 08.30hrs with refreshments and lunch all included in the cost
