Homeworking

Overview of webmeet

The Coronavirus pandemic will potentially change the way many organisations operate that will impact the way that work gets done.
Meanwhile workers are being asked to practice social distancing and work remotely from home. This is a sudden shift for which most people have not been prepared that has huge implications for
leaders, productivity, and the greater issues around wellbeing.
The aim of this session is to answer and discuss as many questions about home/remote working to help leaders and people to deal with the challenges that such a transition creates.

The session will be led by Howard Betts who has over 20 years of personal experience of home working as well as having helped organisations, teams, and individuals through the many issues of
transition involved in remote working over the last 35 years. Howard is currently Chair of the CESW Health & Wellbeing Theme Group.
